Terms of Service

Quotes are based on the property details you provide. If conditions on site differ significantly, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before starting work.

Scheduled visits require reasonable access to the property. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

If any area is not cleaned to the agreed standard, notify us and we will return to correct it. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before recurring service begins.
